This policy describes how Rescue Roofing handles the data received through this website, from the moment you submit a request.
What happens when you submit the form
Your request is stored in a secure, private database that only authorized Rescue Roofing staff can access through a password-protected admin panel. Photos you upload are stored privately and are only visible to our team.
Who can access your data
Only the owners of Rescue Roofing and the people they authorize to manage customer requests. Access is protected by individual accounts and passwords.
Purpose limitation
Your data is used only to handle your roofing request and related communication. It is not used for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Retention
Requests that do not become a job are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Customer records related to completed work may be kept longer for warranty, tax and legal purposes.
Deletion requests
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We will confirm and complete the request within a reasonable time, unless we are required by law to keep it.
Security incidents
If we become aware of unauthorized access to your personal information, we will notify you as required by Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 501.171).
